The spine of the county
The Research Corridor
They started calling I-88 the Illinois Technology & Research Corridor in the 1960s. The name stuck because it was accurate.
Fermilab anchors the west end. Argonne sits off the south side in Lemont. In between: the premier suburban office market in the region. Hundreds of people per building, campuses you can't walk out of, and break rooms nobody has touched since the building went up.

DuPage isn't one market
A Navistar campus in Lisle and a courthouse office in Wheaton have nothing in common except a ZIP prefix and a break room nobody updated.
Oak Brook
8,000 residents. Tens of thousands of workers.
Ace Hardware, Portillo's, TreeHouse Foods, Federal Signal and about 2,000 more companies, all set back behind parking and ringed by three interstates. There is nowhere to walk to.
Downers Grove
The county's grown-up.
Corporate towers on Butterfield, a downtown that actually works, and the Tivoli still showing movies since 1928. The standout for us is Advocate Good Samaritan, where the cafeteria closes long before the building does.
Lisle
Seven square miles. Most of it trees.
Navistar's 88-acre campus, Molex, SunCoke, Leeco Steel, Benedictine and 750+ businesses packed into what's left of the Arboretum. Lisle gets treated as the stop between Naperville and Downers Grove. We don't.
Wheaton
The county seat, and everyone who works for it.
If you've done jury duty in DuPage, you've stood in that building wondering where the coffee is. Government and college buildings are steady, hard to leave, and chronically short on break room budget. Zero cost doesn't need a line item.
Glen Ellyn
Quiet village. Largest community college in Illinois.
College of DuPage is a commuter campus, which changes everything. Nobody's walking to a dining hall. They drive in for a two-hour block, and if there's nothing there, they skip eating.

Here the problem flips.
More Frank Lloyd Wright buildings than anywhere on earth, and a village that runs on foot and the Green Line instead of parking lots. The constraint isn't distance. It's density. Rush Oak Park and the Madison and Harlem offices have no room to add a cafe.

Elmhurst to Lemont, Addison to Warrenville.

Do we have to pay for the machines?
No. No purchase price, lease, installation fee or stocking cost. GrabNGo owns the equipment, carries the insurance and earns its margin on what sells. Your contribution is floor space, a standard outlet and a short walkthrough.
Is there a contract? Others advertise "no contract."
Yes, and we'd rather explain why than pretend otherwise. We're putting our own equipment and inventory in your building at our cost, so the agreement protects that investment and puts our service obligations in writing for you. What matters is the exit: a 60-day mutual trial with 30-day notice and no fee. If it isn't working for either side in the first two months, it ends cleanly. Read the terms before you sign anything, ours included.
Our building is an office park. Does that actually work?
Office parks are the classic DuPage case. What kills a placement isn't headcount, it's a hidden location. A market tucked in a back hallway underperforms a smaller building with the market by the elevators. We look at that specifically at the walkthrough.
What if we're unhappy with our current vending company?
Check your existing agreement for its notice period and whether it grants exclusivity. Most allow an exit with written notice and many are month to month. We can walk your building and give you a configuration and timeline before you give notice, so there's no gap between the old machine leaving and the new market going live.
Can we choose what products go in it?
You tell us what your people want and we build the mix around it, including requests after we go live. Final selection stays with us because we carry the inventory cost and the spoilage risk, and sales data tells us fast what a building actually buys. In practice the mix ends up shaped almost entirely by your site.
How often is it restocked?
On data, not on a route day. Inventory reports remotely, so visits are scheduled around what's actually selling down in your building. High-volume sites get serviced more often than a route schedule allows. Slower sites don't get visits they don't need.
What happens if it breaks down?
They contact us, not you. Every unit carries our support number and a refund QR code. System status is monitored remotely, so most problems are visible to us before anyone reports them. Nothing routes through your front desk or maintenance team.
