About GrabNGo

The Owner-Operated Micro-Market Company in Aurora, IL

No call center. No franchise. No regional manager who's never seen your building. Every market GrabNGo places is installed, stocked, and serviced by the person whose name is on the company.

GrabNGo started with an empty break room

My girlfriend's workplace had no on-site food options. Nothing. If you forgot your lunch or worked past dinner, you left the building or went without. And the standard fix — a vending machine from a route operator — is barely a fix at all: a machine gets dropped off, the operator disappears, and six months later it's half-empty with a jammed coil and a handwritten "out of order" sign.

I looked at that and saw an industry with a low bar and no accountability. GrabNGo is my answer to it: a premium, self-checkout micro-market that a property hosts for free, run by a company that answers for every part of the operation.

Who's behind it

Owner-led, and accountable by name

Joshua Haynes, founder and owner of GrabNGo micro-markets
Joshua Haynes Founder & Owner

I'm Joshua Haynes, and I founded GrabNGo. Today that's me on-site for every placement — install, restock, and service call. As GrabNGo grows, that changes in exactly one way: more hands on the ground. It doesn't change who's accountable, and it doesn't change the standard your building gets.

I also work full-time as a firefighter and paramedic. That job builds a habit that carries over: when something needs handling, you show up. Not eventually — now. That's the standard GrabNGo runs on, and it's the standard anyone who works here is trained to.

There's no call center and no regional manager who's never seen your building. However large this gets, a property manager with a problem reaches someone who can actually solve it — and the owner stays reachable.

How we operate

Accountability. Reliability. Simplicity.

Those aren't poster words — they're the deal:

01

Accountability

If a market underperforms, we pull it ourselves, at our expense. The machine has to earn its spot in your building — and we have the sales data to know whether it is.

02

Reliability

99.9% uptime, real-time monitoring, and 24/7 support. Once parts are in hand, major repairs are done within 72 hours.

03

Simplicity

Your part is a 15-minute walkthrough and a signature. After that, the only thing that changes on your end is having a working amenity on-site.

The full detail — contracts, insurance, theft, exclusivity — is answered plainly in the FAQ, and the machine itself is explained on How It Works.

Built to last

The standard doesn't depend on one person

Most operators in this industry get worse as they get bigger. GrabNGo is built so that doesn't happen here.

  • Every process is written down. Site evaluation, install, restocking, service calls, food-safety classification — each one runs off a documented operating guideline, not somebody's memory. Nobody services your market by improvising.
  • The owner stays accountable. Growth adds people; it doesn't add layers between you and a decision. Escalation ends with the owner, not a ticket queue.
  • Same service level, whoever shows up. Every visit follows the same checklist: restock to plan, clean the unit, check the equipment. You shouldn't be able to tell who was there.
  • Performance is measured, not assumed. Real-time inventory and sales data per location means our promise to pull an underperforming market is something we can actually verify — and honor.

No investors, no hype

GrabNGo isn't a franchise, a startup pitch, or a side hustle that maxes out at what one person can carry. It's built to scale into a real, systems-run operation — deliberately, and without the standard slipping on the way up. Whether it's the owner or a trained team member walking into your building, your property gets the same service it gets today.

No investors, no hype — just a better way to run this than the way it's currently being run.
